Driver Device:

Limit-load Caterpillar Driver Device:Spring caging device is added to the ordinary crawler-type driving device, when the chains get stuck during abnormal situation happens, the driving device will move backwards a little at opposite direction. When it touches the switch for designated place, conveying machine stops and gives warning; When problem solved, it goes back to previous location. Stable conveying movement with little noise and high reliability.

2. Caterpillar Driver Device: standard type, heavy-duty type; Operating principle: the driving device adjusts the momentum that the motor output, after the power increased by speed reduction, it will pass to driving caterpillar, the pusher dogs will stir the chain to move forward. Feature: Stable conveying movement with little noise and high reliability.

3.Sprocket Driver: Motor speed reduction unit output momentum to sprocket wheel, chains and connecting shackle, so as to drive the chains to move. Simple structure, easy installation and convenient operation features are suitable for short length conveyors.
